LOCATION

Zagora Municipality consists of 3 smaller municipalities of the villages Zagora, Pouri and Makrurahi. Reserve of a remarkable culture, the area has one of the greatest historical monuments in the Greek region, known as Riga Ferraiou School or Greek museum and one of the most remarkable historic libraries with rare documents dating from the 10th century, both of them donations of the great benefactor Ioannis Prigos. You can also find worldly and otherworldly beaches located 7 kilometers away from the village, that compose the area in which the visitor will move.
