History
The traditional Guest House "Archontiko Prigou" - the Prigos mansion - started out as an idea of the owners Mr Ioannis Prigos, a civil engineer, and his wife Mrs Katerina Papanatsiou, an architect, while restoring and renovating the existing old buildings. Their aim was to modernize the buildings with absolute respect on their form and structure so that they can host the family and their needs.
The original idea of a holiday residence led to the conversion of the existing buildings into a place of hospitality and rest ideal for relaxed and tranquil holidays. Thus the old buildings remain full of life bringing out memories and sounds that lead through the past to the future.
Works began in 1995 and were completed in 1996 trying to integrate at least another fifty years of life in the history and memories the residence carries since 1832.
